Overall very happy but a bit grainy
I'm used to the flavor of green drinks so to me this has a pleasant taste and is not overly sweetened with stevia. Although I would MUCH prefer to have NO stevia and put my own in If i wanted any. I see this comment a lot but companies don't seem to listen. This does have a grainy/gritty aspect that is a bit of a con. I found that if I mix it in a 1/2 glass of warm water at least 1/2 hour before I intend to drink it, then stir it well and add more liquid, that does help. The grittiness never goes away completely though. I also fill the rest of my glass with various fruit flavored kombucha drinks and I like the way that tastes. Please note, I happen to love kombucha but it's definitely an acquired taste so it might not be a good mix for some.

Found my favorite after 10 + years of experiementing. I can be a quality perfectionist for sure.
I have tried all kinds of plant based powders, and even whey in the past. I am a quality nerd. I want it to be digestible and full of good stuff. My gut likes fermented foods, and is sensitive to other plant based protein powders that are not fermented (Like most).I love that is filled with so many good greens and mushrooms. The price is a little high, but health is wealth. It is worth it. I have been very unhealthy the first 3/4 of my life, and I feel the difference when I eat clean and organic for sure. My mental, physical, and emotional health can tell.I like how there is 50% DV of iron as well as plenty of vitamin C. Many other plant based protein powders, even the popular high priced organic ones, have mostly pea protein which is super cheap to source. Then they put a pinch of turmeric or something else healthy then they overly raise the price.

Greeeeeeeeeen
Picked this up because the brand my nutritionist wanted me to pick up is currently sold out.Just had my first cup, and my review is likely to chnage in the future but here's first impressions for the Vanilla chai:The scoop was buried inside the bucket so I had to dig a bit for it. This was expected based on either reviews.I don't have a sense of smell but my roommate said she could definitely smell the alfalfa, which is the primary ingredient and something I've been craving on sandwiches lately.Mixes well with 12oz of water with a pleasant thickness to it.It tastes greeeeeeeeeeeen. It's not unpleasant, you're not going to feel like you're drinking a peat bog or something, but it definitely tastes green.I was surprised at the number of ingredients, there's three different blends going on, grasses and veg for protein, fruits for fiber, and mushrooms for immunity. We'll see how that pans out.Texture was a little gritty, but not unpleasant.Seemed to clean up well after the fact as well.Added 130kcal to my diet for the day. Still have another meal to go but I can wait a bit longer now. While it doesn't have spirulina or corn it does have cilantro, folks with allergies will want to be aware, as the cilantro killed this one for my roommate, where spirulina and corn have killed other mixes for her.

Pleasant flavor! Not bitter. YaY!
When it comes to super greens, we're usually looking at more money than we'd like to spend. So, I don't want to spend it on something nasty. I very much appreciate product reviews. So I take the time to share mine.I've tried several super greens over the years. I've also used a number of different protein powders. I always had to doctor them up to even begin to like the taste. I looked at my former greens as just getting my medicine down. This protein/super greens mix is by far the best tasting of all of them. I actually look forward to enjoying it every morning. I mix it with a cup of unsweetened almond milk and half cup of cold water, then shake it up in a sweet of plastic bottles I bought from Amazon. It is, for sure, better than the others about dissolving. And it's not gritty. However, unless you use a stick blender, you might have one or two clumps. I don't want to mess with cleaning the blender, so I just shake it up in a bottle with some ice until I don't see the mix on the side of my bottle. I've discovered that if the mixture sits for 4-5 minutes those clumps usually dissolve.I make several up in advance, so by the time I get to it...and shake for 20ish seconds, there's no lumps at all. YaY!Hope this helps you decide.

The stevia taste ruines it
I very much dislike any artificial sweetener. The stevia taste and after taste ruin this product for me. Have been using a different pea protein without stevia and it is much, much better.

Tastes exceptional!
I was cautious about buying this only because I hate the flavor of protein powders. It's a lot of money to spend on something you may hate. I did purchase it though because I figured even of I didn't like it tons at least I was getting a ton of fermented, organic veggies. And the mushrooms!! How awesome that those are in there as well.Well I was very pleasantly surprised by the flavor! Its actually quite yummy. I also mix in some Maca powder and MCT oil and its so good! I actually look forward to drinking it! I will say this though that if you don't like stevia, you may not like the sweetness of it. It is pretty sweet but I don't mind stevia so it works for me. It does not have the bitter aftertaste of some stevias though, at least in my opinion. It is a bit pricey but if you think of all the stuff thats in this, fermented and organic, plus mushrooms, I think its reasonable.
