I love victorinox knives this knife is sharp and easy to use and great price for the quality. I cook everyday and cann not use big knives this is my daily use knife, lightweight, durable and bright color to spot on in the drawer. To keep the knife sharp do not put it in the dishwasher wipe clean.

Perfect size, extremely sharp, convenient, great price
Good price on an excellent knife. This piece is extremely sharp as received! Keep that in mind! The thin blade and small size makes it a go-to for lotsa of slicing dicing. I used one for the first time at a friend's place when we were cooking and prepping some home grown tomatoes and man, did that thing glide thru those way too easily. Immediately bites right thru the skin (esp. store bought, thick-skinned agro-industrial ones) so easily I didn't notice the blood when I nicked myself. (NO Blood made it past the prep stage folks). I immediately, ordered one. And, while I was online ordered the same type smooth bladed paring knife. Same good piece, same sharpness and that thin blade will surprise you the first time you cut thru a raw potato. Just be careful, a lot of people do not kno what the term "sharp knife" means until you cut yourself and believe it.

Excellent!
Oh my!!! This is BY FAR the sharpest, most dangerous knife I’ve ever owned. I zip through the toughest veggies like it’s butter. But, I have to say, both my fingers and husbands have become victim to this knife. And they’re deep cuts that happen so fast! So be careful! As much as I’ve been cut by it, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Excellent purchase!

For the money, a good little knife.
It's a little knife with a sharp edge that will likely cut stuff for a long time without needing to be sharpened, at a very low price. But, a confession: We put it to the tomato slicing test compared to a razor-sharp, not-cheap Wüsthof utility knife on an average-sized grape tomato. The Wüsthof sliced through it, superbly with very little effort. The Victorinox, well, you had to saw at the tomato a bit, although the cut was quite clean.Regardless, the shaving-sharp German Wüsthof beat the Swiss blade hands down.Regardless, the Victorinox knife is quite sharp and very practical. The low cost is great.

Knife stands out from the rest
I have a Zwilling knife set/block and I am happy to add the Victorinox serrated knife to the set. It’s light, sharp and precise in cutting. I liked it enough to buy one for my adult son. It’s versatile and I personally prefer it to a chef’s knife.
