Be careful with over the counter meds.
Caution: I’ve been using melatonin for a while. I was suffering with short term memory. I saw a doctor and she advised that melatonin and sleep aid products can affect memory if they are used over a long period of time. So! I don’t use Benedril unless you have an allergy during the spring time. When your 76 years old it’s pretty scary if you can’t remember. I stopped Benedril and. Ordered Melatonin gummies. I only take them if I’m still awake after 30-45 minutes., I take the gummies. I listen to classical music. (Sleep sounds). And I set the timer to turn off after 30 minutes . If I’m still awake after 30 min. I take the recommended dose of the Meletonin and fall asleep within 15 minutes. I cannot recommend sleep aids Long term use can be danger and was up your memory. My issue with sleep is Generalized Anxiety. Please don’t assume that all over the counter meds are safe. Pam

9yr old sleeping like a dad!
My 9 year old sleeps horribly. He has been taking these consistently for a year. He takes it before his shower and by the time he is done, he is yawning and ready for bed - no fights! He sleeps good, through the night now, no nightmares. I’ve tried them myself, the taste is great!

Not losing sleep
Should I be losing sleep over needing to take one of these to sleep every night? Either way, I'm not losing that sleep thanks to these gummies. They help me fall asleep fast most nights, highly recommend.

Works like a “dream”!
