Received product no good but company fixed & delivered!
I originally received this & it was solid. I have a review due to Amazon’s ridiculous return policy. The company immediately addressed my concern and shipped a new product to me. It works great! I put it on a subfloor in a bathroom to encapsulate the area that had mold. I cleaned the area with mold remover and allowed to dry. I added the product. It is easy to apply and came with a brush and gloves.I will be using on moisture prone areas that need that extra protection. Plus it is comparable to and less expensive to other encapsulates on the market.

Small but great clear seal material for bathroom and shower walls and floor joints

Super Easy to use
It was super easy to use. It dried fairly quick. Has a little shine to it. Comes with its own little paint brush. Water clean up. Make sure you read all directions and warnings first.

Solidified, now what?
Product is solidified when received; how do I get a replacement?

Defective
Just opened container seal and it’s solidified. Unable to use product.

Great sealant but not for long-standing water.
This seals very well and applies easily but doesn't stand up to having water on it for long periods of time i.e. a birdbath.
