This product arrived on May 28th, I could not find directions on the bottle so I took 1ml, it was later in the day. The following day, I checked the bottle again and noticed the “serving size” said 2ml so I just took that, directly on my tongue. I did this every morning on an empty stomach. It wasn’t until June 1st, that I actually realized how hungry I actually was. I’m used to eating every day at the same time, three meals plus a snack here and there, so I paid it no mind. How much I’m eating though, that’s where I noticed the difference. On June 1st I really felt the hunger. I would say it definitely took time for my body to adjust and eventually give in to these new ingredients. If you’re on the fence about this product, it’s definitely giving me an appetite- it just took some time. I can’t speak on energy, I’m always on the go. I’m a mother of 4 with a small business, a job out in the world and I’m the CEO of my home, so you already know I have a full plate (haha) & no breaks. I weighed myself on May 31st to find my weight at 134 lbs. I’m more comfortable at 145 lbs since I am about 5’7. Definitely lost a ton of weight recently from work related stress. Hoping this will get me back up to where I need to be. Will update in a few days!

I love it and this is my first bottle I’m on week 3 and I only gained 9 pounds and the energy it gives you I love more because I’m always feeling tired but since then my energy been great and I’m about to order me another bottle I was scared at first but I said let’s try and see and I’m glad I did and I will be ordering another bottle….👌🏾💯

I’ll be posting updates later on… but as for now it’s been since may 17th that I’ve been taking these drops. For taste I love it. I can’t explain it too much but it’s sweet and kind of taste like honey and a little vitamin taste but idk it’s hard to explain lol. Just know it’s sweet and delicious. Make sure you keep in the fridge after opening. Sometime I take the drops by mouth because I really just love the taste but most days I mix it in my water. I take it as soon as I get up in the mornings and i don’t eat until a couple of hours later at work. Which I’ll be changing soon just been busy. But since Monday I have been eating a lot more. I was eating maybe two meals a day (but never finishing them) and snacking. Now I’ve been eating three full course meals finishing my plate going back for seconds sometimes and snacking through out the day. I weigh 126 right now I will update in about 3 more weeks or when my bottle is gone and let you all know the results so far including pictures. I’m honestly excited to see how this goes because so far it’s been less than a week and I’m already feeling a change in my appetite.

For the girls who want to gain weight and look a little more fuller in clothes this is it. I have been taking it for a month now and it has definitely been helping me when I started I was 122 pound now I’m 130. The key is to be consistent and eat. I also have protein shakes as well. amongs other affects and nutrition I have bad anxiety and this has been helping and my energy level is good. The taste is not that bad it’s a little sweet but not bad.

The health benefits are endless, it promotes weight gain and hair growth. I am impressed with this product, I will be buying again.

I have tried to gain weight for a VERY long time. I noticed a difference after a week (I’m not exaggerating). My appetite has increased drastically and after maybe 3 weeks I’ve gained at least 5-7 lbs. My mood is definitely improved. I have more energy. Sleep has been great. The taste isn’t bad either. Highly recommend.

I just finished the bottle. I didn't notice any difference. The taste is not bad. I am not sure if I'll repurchase because it's kind of pricey for the size and for the effects to not show even a little. I don't feel any different either.
