Oh my gosh! I’m down to the bottom of the can! I’m wa ting to believe this helps my hot flashes. But I’m not sure if it is working. There’s no taste so no worries. But the smell is like mushrooms so get used to it if you hate the smell of mushrooms. I love this stuff because the texture is good and I believe it helps my health as well as it’s a good price.

I’ve tried several mushroom blends and this one has been the perfect balance of cost vs effectiveness. I’ll either add a scoop to my coffee or just add a scoop to a bottle of water and mix in some mineral salt every morning. It takes a few days to feel the results bus is very real. It just makes you feel better.

The taste is solid. The ingredients are a good mix of different mushrooms. I mix it every morning with my other powders and it goes well with a variety of other flavors (lemon, apple, citrus...etc). The only thing that would make this better is if it mixed easier. It clumps less than other powders I have tried, but it still takes some work to fully mix in. Otherwise it has been a good buy!

This is a good product that mixes well with coffee, gravies, soups and stews.

I use a scoop every morning in my cup of tea, dissolves and mixes right away. There is a slight change in flavor from the powder but not unpleasant just a little earthy. I like the way it makes my stomach feel, with regular use and wakes my brain up.

Dissolves well, tastes good. I had about 10 days of migraines while taking this. It took a while to figure out what was causing them, tried discontinuing another Rx medication before I stopped this. As soon as I quit having this in the morning, I stopped waking up with migraines. Be forewarned. Lion's mane is notorious for causing headaches.

Didn't really feel a difference. I thought I would feel at least some consistency in my energy. Taste was fine. Mixes well. However, I would not purchase again.Update: this vendor is very responsive! This product didn't help me but they reached out to me after my 1 star review. Told me they are offered a refund. I declined because I had already used half of it and didn't feel it was fair to this business. I checked my account and they refunded my money. The product may have not worked for me but that doesn't mean it will not work for you. Good business etiquette!
