First time ever taking TMG great price the 1000 MG 180 count. I take it every morning before my workouts and days off

I like this brand, it works really well for me with my metabolic issues, but buyer beware. Each bottle I get at least 6 - 10 capsules that are broken or empty, sometimes more. They are hidden in the middle of the bottle, and while there are 180 capsules per bottle, stinks that there are always broken and empty ones now. This didn't happen when I first bought this product, so obviously something has changed with their quality control.

I don't know the mechanism at work, but there is something immediate and remarkable in TMG as it works through my body. I purchased it for the longterm benefits touted in the many health and wellness YouTube videos, which my body may or may not experience. I hope it does. The immediate benefit I experienced, which was not mentioned in the videos and in my online search results, was in the rested sleep I experienced. There seemed to be mental energy available to me when I woke up the day after starting TMG. It was a rested feeling. It felt like my mind was replenished.I am hoping that this particular benefit continues at my current modest dose. A little seems to go a long way.I like this particular brand's commitment to quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction. I will see if I continue to experience these benefits and purchase from this company again.
