It's less robust than soy sauce. It tastes less salty and thinner. Still, for gluten free it tastes good and makes for a wonderful substitute.The ingredients are fabulous. The bottle is designed with functionality in mind, and the product lasts a long time.Not cheap, but it's worth the money.

I love this gluten free soy sauce because it's not so salty and artificial tasting. It just adds flavor to any of my Asian dishes. I could never go back to the average soy regardless of the brand. They all taste phony. I do not follow a gluten free diet, I just use this because it taste great. Try it, you will never go back to the others

The only thing I dislike is the hole at the top of the bottle is too large. The soy sauce comes out more than you would want it to. I recall when I was younger, the soy sauce bottles' openings were small. With a larger hole, you are prone to use more and run out of soy sauce sooner. Find a better container to put it in to avoid using too much soy sauce. The taste of the product is great.

This tamari has a wonderful stand alone flavor. It has a fullness of flavor that enhances any dish calling for soy sauce.

Favorite brand, nice quality and good taste. No leakage or breakage during shipping.

I have used this product since a friend introduced me to in around 1970. Same great taste and fried rice is great with a dash or two.Love it!!

I like this so much more than any other soy sauce, gluten-free or not. This Tamari is a Japanese soy sauce with a unique flavor that, to me, is so much more tasty than any other soy sauce. It has a richness and sweetness lacking in others. I highly recommend it! Turns a common bowl of Jasmine rice into an Asian flavorfest!
