Terrible boba !
The boba balls are not rolled firmly enough and about half was crumbled and came as powder which is useless and a waste. The boba texture when cooked was also bad almost like there was plastic mixed into it. Other cooked boba brands when left overnight without refrigeration would be hard, but edible the next day, this one however became hard little "plastic like beads" and cannot be eaten. This is why I suspect that perhaps something was mixed into the tapioca. I do not recommend this boba at all.

For pre-packaged boba, it's pretty great!
As a tapioca snob, I can give this a stamp of approval. I make my own tapioca from scratch but I wanted to find a pre-packaged tapioca pearl that is just as good as when I make it. I made some last night and it was sooooo good! As long as you cook it for long as you should for fresh tapioca, you shouldn't have issues with the texture. You will also need to sweeten with brown sugar after cooking, but that's pretty standard. They are pretty fragile but just be gentle. They're only held together with starch so again, not that weird. highly recommend and will be telling all my friends about it!

Avoid at all costs
Bought close to 5-6 bags of tapioca, and to our shock, none of them were vaccum sealed. When I took them out of the box, the tapioca had moisture inside and it definitely damaged the quality. We tried to salvage it by freezing it to prevent molding. However when we tried cooking the tapico it was not edible and it was just goo. I do not recommend buying this at all. I can't even return the bags cause of Amazon's return policy. Waste of money

Homemade boba!
Great boba balls when you boil them right. I tried the instant pot recipes and they turn to mush, I think because this brand has far fewer ingredients than some brands from China. The uncooked balls are easily crushed, as many in the bag are after being vacuum sealed, so I suggest pouring them into your measuring cup rather than scooping. Good flavor, but definitely better after a short soak in sugar syrup!

Instantly crumbles into powder!
I've been making Boba for many yes, and this is the 1st time that I have ever ran into this problem. I always read the instructions, bit as you can see, it's powdery and once added to boiling water, I gently stirred for the 1st 15 seconds as it says. Even longer on my 2nd attempt. The 1st time, it turned into a giant gum wad! 🤔 the 2nd, Boba of all shapes and sized. Mostly tiny as it breaks apart into crumbs almost instantly! I will never buy this brand again!!!

Just what we wanted
I read a lot of bad reviews on this stuff after I ordered it so I was really nervous it would be terrible. Clearly the people who were complaining didn’t cook it right, because it turned out exactly how it is at the boba shops when the directions were followed. The only thing that isn’t clear is measurements for when you aren’t cooking the entire bag at one time. Other than that the product was great! There are a lot of crumbs in the bag which was totally fine because I just used a pasta strainer to get rid of them before cooking the boba.

Ok but dissolves some
Some dissolved during each batch, making an absolute mess...easy enough to use though...my son was pleased.

Arrived in such a bad condition that none of the boba was usable!
I’ve always loved tea zone products and that’s why I ordered a bag of boba to make for a party. When it arrived it looked a little crushed on one side but I thought perhaps the boba in the middle of the bag was going to be ok and I was willing to make due with less. BUT when I poured it into the pot of water it was ALL powder and weird chunks! I can’t believe how crushed everything was. I understand the the shipping process probably had a lot to do with it and I hope they can make adjustments so they can safely sell this product for delivery!!!
