Oh wow. Thank you for this product. I was suffering. Suffering! After a couple of weeks most of my hot flashes and night sweats are gone. And the ones I have are no where near the intensity they were.I would sit at my desk at work and turn my fan on and off constantly. Every five minutes or so...on, then off, then on, then off. The worst were the night sweats. Waking up every couple of hours to throw the covers off only to wake up cold, put them back on and then repeat the process. I get up very early and work two jobs and this was really starting to wear on me.After two weeks I have seen so much improvement and the only change I have made is taking Effisoy.Everyone's body is different and I do not know if this will work for you, but I believe it is worth the price of one bottle to see if it works for you.2020 update. I stopped taking these as I wanted to see if I was getting better and still needed them. It took a little while, but the hot flashes and night sweats came back. I am now taking these again and seeing results just like last time. I am sorry for those who are not getting relief and hope you find what works for you.

Seemed to help with sleep but then my blood pressure got to high and had to stop it. Some hormone supplements can do this. Very disappointed.

I bought this product and took it for over a wk. I am a health and life coach and take very good care of my body and my health. been having some night sweat so I decided I would give this a try. I had a hysterectomy at ages 27 and I am now 48. these hot flashes/night sweats comes and goes over the years never completely went away. eat very clean chemical free home etc and nothing worked. I figured I would give this product a try since I saw all these good reviews and youtube info to my surprise it was one of the worst things I've ever tried. 4 days into taking this product I started with some slight discharge so I stop taking it, I was still a bit in denial so I took it again for another 5 days and OMG the discharge was the most disgusting color and odor imaginable and needless to say the hot flash or night sweats didn't go away. I consulted with my doc and I was told to stay completely away from it.. so ladies if you are taking this and notice ugly brownish dark yellow discharge and stinky vagina it might be that.. I am now content with letting it keep taking its own natural course and have a clean fresh vagina.

I’ve been taking this for about 4 years and got so used to NO HOT FLASHES that last month I decided maybe I’m good, I probably don’t need this anything anymore, WRONG!
