It's an inner tube
It holds air. Seems decent quality. OK value for money. Does the job. The correct fit because I bought the right size. Can't say whether or not it's actually puncture resistant or my wife has just been lucky enough to not run over anything sharp.

Great tubes
Inner tubes are not expensive parts so it’s senseless to skimp here. I’ve always been happy to use Continental and, coupled with an armoured tyre, they are as reliable as it gets. Please note: This seller sent the tubes without the retail packaging and the tubes were not neatly folded but loose. They are clearly Continental, with the usual yellow cap, but be aware of this if you expect to pop them straight into your saddle bag.

100 miles+, no problems.
Ordered two. Both came individually boxed, as per the photo, in Continental packaging. After reading some of the reviews, I pumped both of the tubes up. Nothing much but enough to see if there was any leaks and / or deformation. Nothing unexpected, just round, black tubes. One valve core unscrewed when I removed the pump which was a bit annoying, but screwed it back in and then tightened it with a valve core tool and no problems since. Probably was only finger tight from the factory. Since ridden over 100 miles with 700x30c tires @80 psi with ~95kg of bike, me and commuting stuff. No problems, no loss of pressure. Off to buy another one of the same as a spare!
