A reliable product with various uses
I really like this potato starch, has been great for thickening up gravy's and soups as well as using it for making crispy shredded chicken and making home made chips that but crispier. Good value. Pleased

Life saver
I make soup with this product and it works so well as a thickener instead of wheat flour which I am intolerant to.Additionally, this is allergen free so it’s very useful in cooking replacement of wheat flour. Order from this brand only as it’s the cheapest on amazon.

Great price,one bag cost over £2.00 in supermarket,you carn't go wrong.Put into batter and gives extra crispy batter or par boil potatoes and roll in flour to give extra roast potatoes. Used a lot in chinese cooking and indian.
