I've been taking these now for about 6 months. Great product. It has helped so much with my hair and nails. I was losing so much hair and my nails were so thin and week. After taking these for about 3-4 months I could see a huge difference. And now my nails are thicker and much stronger and growing nicely. My hair loss has improved so much as well. I totally recommend.

I normally buy a other brand name but this brand is better. I just had 6 inches of my hair cut off since taking this vitamin. My hair still comes out in the shower, but my hair grows very fast. I purchased a higher dosage to improve my nails, which there is some improvement, and keeps my skin in good condition.

Really works and makes your hair grow---but be careful as hair grew on my face as well!

Good value, but they do show a picture of TWO 100-pill bottles, leading one to assume a total of 200. The printed info contradicts that, and what you get is 2 50-pill bottles.
