Decent quality. I wish it was thinner and fit more easily into the pocket of my work shirt.Works fine with spiral bound notepads. I cut a slit in the opposite end of mine and stuffed the memo book in "upside down" to better fit my needs and the materials work provides.So far it helps keep the rain off a little better and is keeping the pages of my notebook from curling up and getting super dirty. I hate tossing wasted materials even if work buys them for me.It does help add support for taking notes while standing in the middle of the yard with nothing to write on.
