Since Taking Prostate Pro, I've Experienced A Huge Reduction In My BPH Symptoms
I'll be 60 years old in September. Like many men my age, I've experienced issues with my prostate over the past several years. I'm not a heavy drinker, I don't drink caffeinated beverages, I avoid citrus drinks (which can irritate the prostate), I'm not overweight, I exercise regularly, and eat a pretty healthy diet. Nevertheless, my PSA has been on an upward trend, and urination frequency and urgency have been an ongoing, and increasingly debilitating issue. I feel like my prostate is somehow my Achilles' Heel. I crossed the 4.0 threshold for my PSA a few years ago and visited a urologist at my primary physician's suggestion. The urologist performed manual exam and said I was fine. My primary physician prescribed a daily 5 mg Cialis to help relieve the symptoms and slow further prostate growth (it's the only medication I take). At my 2019 physical, my PSA was at 8.0, and I visited the urologist again. This time he recommended a biopsy (a most unpleasant procedure), which fortunately came back negative for cancer. A couple of months ago, my urination frequency and urgency reached a point at which I could hardly function. I was running to the toilet every 40 minutes with a tremendous urgency, only to have a dribbling stream, with stops and starts. I was getting out of bed several times a night to urinate. I couldn't even go running outside for fear that I wouldn't make it to a toilet if I needed one. Doing anything outside the home was a challenge (fortunately, I have been working from home since March 2020). I thought that maybe I have a UTI, so I contacted my primary physician who prescribed an antibiotic over the phone. I took the antibiotic and saw no improvement. About 2 weeks after finishing the antibiotic, out of desperation, I began using Prostate Pro - a last try before contacting the urologist to discuss other alternatives (which I absolutely wanted to avoid due to all of the side effects). The day after I started taking Prostate Pro, I saw an improvement. I went 2-3 hours between visits to the bathroom. I thought it was a miracle, but it must have been nothing more that a Placebo effect, because the next day, I was urinating every hour again. But I decided not to give up on the product based on the reviews of the product I had read online, wherein others saw improvement over time. I'm glad I stuck with it, because after a week of taking the product, I had to drive from St Louis, MO to Lawrence KS - about a 4 hour drive. On the way there, I had to stop after 2.5 hours to urinate. On the way home, I didn't stop the entire drive. And, ever since I have been urinating like a normal person. I urinate every 2.5-4 hours, depending on how much I drink. My urine stream is consistent (no dribbling) when I go, and I feel like I empty my bladder. The sense of urgency is greatly reduced - though that one has taken some mental retraining (after months of having to go the second I felt the urge). If I go to bed at 10 pm, I often don't get up to urinate until 6 am, though I sometimes do get up at 3 am or 4 am to go. Also, normally in the morning, I do have to urinate shortly after my first time to completely empty my bladder. But honestly, that is the only time during the day when that happens. I just had my annual physical, and my PSA was 5.8, the lowest it's been in 4 years. Now, I can't swear that these improvements are exclusively the result of taking Prostate Pro. There is no control group to compare to. It's just me. But I can say that I haven't made any other changes to my diet, routine, or lifestyle. It could be a complete coincidence, and if my symptoms change for the worse, I'll update my review. But for now, life is better for me than it's been for a long time. I just ordered by 2nd bottle of Prostate Pro, and that's why I'm on here writing this review. I wanted to share my own experience, which happens to be a positive one, in case there are others out there having a tough time, who might get the same benefit that I did. And, for the record, this review is completely voluntary, and I received no reward or incentive from anyone to write it.

Good quality lower cost
I've been using a similar product for the past year and it has made a significant improvement on my PSA testBut at a substantial cost which of course insurance doesn't cover. Decided to try Terapeutics. It's almost identical with only a couple ingredients at a significant lower portion. Those I happen to take in other means so not a concern. I've been taking for about 3 weeks now as I didn't want to comment until I could judge it.I am impressed and recommendPROS: This supplement works or at least for me. The cost of Terapeutics Prostate Pro is $20 for 90 versus $65 for 60. As I noted a couple key ingredients are much lower, so I would check if it is safe to take 3 per day vs 2. Even at that it would still be less than 1/3 of the price of my former brandCONS: It does seem a bit less effective (See above comments) may not be an issue if I can increase dosage. Still seems a very good supplement and satisfied with results

Seems to help, but need to compare with other products.
I have suffered BPH symptoms for over 15 years, and see a urologist twice a year. I have been taking Proscar and Cardura for most of that time, but still have symptoms. I have done extensive research trying to find a supplement that will help, and have tried many. I've been on this product for about three months and it appears to help. But in my experience there are many other factors that can contribute to the BPH symptoms (nocturia, and weak stream in particular for me). First and foremost, be aware of what's in your colon. It's a matter of geography. If your colon is full, there is less room in your bladder. Whenever I'm constipated, my BPH symptoms are more prevalent. Taking a mild laxative will often help. What you eat and drink will also affect symptoms. From my research, this product had more of the recognized helpful ingredients that other supplements. Of interest however, is that there is another product that has almost the exact same ingredients per pill. Please look up and compare Prostate Pro, with Amate Prostate Support. The major difference, other than price, is that Amate suggests three pills per day, verses two for Prostate Pro. Even more interesting, is that both products warn against taking more than the recommended dosage! Since finding the Amate product, I have been taking three pills a day, and so far, they seem to be helping. Time will tell.

It helps some but it didn't work significantly for me
We all know each person is different. So what works for one may not for another. This did help some but it wasn't what I wanted. I wanted more than some reduction. I have tried a number of products and this did help just not what I wanted. It seems some nights it would help more. I had to take 3 capsules to get it to do anything the dosage didn't work for me.Again it seems to work for some so it's always worth a try. But just wasn't for me. I will say better than some. There were some that I tried that did nothing even after 30 days.
