First the outer packaging (amazon one) was already open. I didn’t realize this while receiving the package.Next the main package was also not properly sealed which indicates that it was already opened by someone. The straps wasn’t properly tied/strapped which clearly shows that the product was taken out of the packet before.Who knows it might have been already used? Besides, this is non returnable and since it’s meant for personal use, this kinda stuff is highly questionable.Lastly, the product works as mentioned. Keep it in the refrigerator and put it on for 30minutes for eye comfort. Giving three stars for only that. Thanks.
