I ordered this toothbrush on 4th January 2024, and overall, it’s been a great product. I noticed a real improvement in the cleanliness of my teeth compared to manual brushing. It offers several vibrating modes, which is a nice feature, and it came with extra brush heads—an added bonus!However, in the past week, it has stopped turning on properly. Although it’s fully charged, it only occasionally powers on, and sometimes does so mid-brushing without any vibration or lights. It seems to be turning on and off unpredictably.Despite this recent issue, it was a very good and affordable electric toothbrush that served me well for over a year.

These are very good cheap toothbrush ,this is my second one first one was still working perfectly after a year or more but I needed some new heads and it is cheaper to buy the complete new kit than new heads, the whole thing is cheaper than some branded new heads which in my honest opinion are no better than these,I am very impressed how long the battery lasts before it needs a recharge it must be in the region of a month I think , it's hard to remember it's that long. These are the vibrating type brush's not the rotation type , I've had both types before and I am very happy with this one,so to some up good quality, good price, good battery life, good cleaning action,

Good toothbrush, purchased a year ago and working very well to this day. I charge it once a couple of months, and I find it's amazing value for money.Unfortunately the soft plastic of the handle is breaking down and it's leaving sticky residue in my hands, virtually impossible to clean. I will need to throw it away and cannot purchase a new one if the handle is made of the same material. Please use hard plastic for the handle!

The media could not be loaded. Update March 2025After some initial difficulties contacting the supplier via email I managed to contact them via webchat. They were very understanding and sent a new replacement toothbrush to me. I did experience difficulties with the delivery but I believe this was down to the courier and not Seago. After sales support therefore five stars.I also managed to contact Amazon customer services who readily offered to provide a full refund upon receipt of the faulty toothbrush. As I received the replacement toothbrush the next day I did not need to do this, but credit where credit is due. Therefore Amazon after sales service also five stars.I purchased one of your electric toothbrushes on 11 November 2024 for my Granddaughters birthday and it stopped working on Saturday 1 February 2025. When I have logged onto Amazon I find that this is ONE day after the last return date. The failure mode is as follows: the toothbrush will not operate/vibrate to allow my Granddaughter to clean her teeth (see attached video). The tooth brush appears to be stuck in clean option selection mode. The toothbrush is fully charged so that is not the issue. I find failure after such a short period of use totally unacceptable. Can you please advise on your recommended course of action to resolve this problem.I sent the above email to the supplier who requested a video of the failure mode. I then sent this video and have been unable to get a reply from the supplier. Be warned this supplier does not seem to care that they supply defective products and does not seem to care enough about their customers to reply to their concerns.I have tried to return this via Amazon again without success. It would appear that Amazon don’t care about their customers either.
