This is a quality Lions mane product for a good price, other brands have fallen short for me or are too expensive.

Good quality item, takes a bit of adjusting to find the right time of day to take it. Can upset your stomach or give headaches if you take too much, Brought it help menopause brain fog - worked well when I remembered to take it - cumulative difference noticed in concentration when taken daily.

Been using this for a few days and i definitely feel alot more focused as that is something i struggle with! Love that it is so easy to take i just put a few drops in to my tea!

Not sure if it’s the alcohol but I had to stop taking it as it was causing me to feel wheezy. Really disappointed as I thought it was making a big difference in my mood
