I was really hesitant to purchase a chair online due to the complex and lengthy installation steps. However, after getting this chair I'm now convinced that it isn't bad after all purchase a chair online.Installation:Surprised to see how easy it is to install the chair. The instructions were pretty clear with clear marking for each and every part. Total installation involves less than 5 steps and took no longer than 30 min to install. Was able to install it myself with no help and no tools needed. The required tools for installation are included within the package.Chair:The chair says Indoor & Outdoor use but the looks restrict to outdoor use only. Has resort style settings and layout. It doesn't hurt to use this chair for indoor purposes as well if you wish to and I plan to use it for indoor purpose. Has good lumbar support with the provided cushioning. Has a side arm to place things.Cons: The layout can be improved since, if you only want the leg portion to be up but not the back portion leaned it wouldn't be possible. The back and front are proportional and would only work together. That's the only part I disliked in the chair.

These recliners are beautiful on our patio but not very practical. It is hard to get them to recline while hanging on to the button on the side. I have to have someone lift up the leg part just to get them back then a pillow is needed for the head part. But I still wouldn't part with them.

Finally the extreme heat has abated and I can enjoy my third floor balcony. This recliner-lounger is perfect. It’s sturdy, easy to put together and comfortable. I now enjoy the afternoon Arizona sun. I’m tall but this chair supports my head and neck…..though I do occasionally use a small footstool for my “hanging” ankles/feet if I want to lay flat and snooze. The seat cushion is firm, but comfortable. Great recliner.

Comfortable and well made. Wish the back and legs operated independently. I like to sit up and have my legs up

Poor design. The holes in the back and the holes in the frame were not properly aligned, which prevented one of the screws from fastening properly. Yes - I did read the instructions and started the screws with only 80% tightness. It was the same on both chairs. Had to use a power drill. I hope it holds.

You CANNOT use the footrest unless you are fully laying down. The description does not indicate the footrest only works as a footrest when the back is fully reclined. Unless you want to lay down the entire time you are sitting in this recliner, there is no footrest, which defeats the purpose of a recliner. Recliner was fairly easy to assemble and would have been ok if the footrest actually worked without laying down. The boxes are large! I ordered two. Seller has issued a full refund including shipping. Took a little over two weeks but they were responsive and issued return labels. You do need to contact them after the shipment is received back to them to ensure a refund is issued.

When I purchased these chairs, there was an instructional video along with the photo shown that illustrated how quick and easy it was to assemble these chairs. I cannot imagine why they would’ve removed the video because it helps sell the product. That being said, it is quite simple to assemble. All you do is connect the back with four screws and some nuts and washers, and then you also connect the 4 feet The same way. No tools are required. I am 5’4” and the chair is very comfortable for my frame. I’m not sure if somebody 6’6” would find the chair comfortable. My feet hang over the recliner.The foot rest will only fully extend when the recliner is fully reclined. You can incrementally adjust the back rest, however it is not possible to sit upright and have the foot rest fully extend. There is a direct relationship between the foot rest and the recline, meaning the more you recline the more the foot rest comes up. Both the recliner and the side table work with a hydraulic piece. So they open and close very smoothly. The four cushion segments are all made with zippers so it is easy to remove the foam cushion and wash by hand. The fabric is either all polyester or a polyester blend, however it is hard to tell Because the fabric label is not clear.
