Walk Easy Adult Forearm Crutches 4" Cuff Model 480 (Pair) (Coal)

Agree with other reviewers who find setting the heights a little challenging. I sent one of the pins flying across my kitchen floor while I was using all my strength to pop it off. Once they are sized though, they feel impressively sturdy for the weight, and very comfortable. The cuff size is perfect if you're a smaller adult. I'm 5'4" and for once I'm not trying to bend anything to fit. I think this is the best pair I have ever had.

PRO: Easy to assemble , took minutes , very well built materials, worth the money. Has fallen many times no signs that its gonna break . The cuff is plastic but heavy duty , has fallen & no signs of cracksCONS: When I was discharged from physical therapy i only need one , unfortunately these are sold as a set .doesn't come in black color . ***An important feature i noticed is the rubber piece on the bottom is NOT slip resistant . If you come across a wet floor it will give . I almost fell a few times so be careful .

I have used this brand of crutches for years and they have yet to fail me. Always light weight, the color never fades. Endless someone else comes out with even lighter weight crutches, I will always purchase this brand for durability & security and for the ease of helping me walk! We ordered these crutches and my father has been pleased for the last 6 months since purchase. A lot more fashionable with the green color. He has been using the same style crutches for 30 years and dosnt like change, but he is very pleased.

I was excited initially about these crutches to help with joint instability and chronic pain from EDS. I have another pair of forearm crutches, and wanted to try out a new pair that had a closed cuff.These crutches, in my opinion, are not safe for anyone with EDS or hypermobile joints.The hand grips are really hard, and the pins are hard to adjust on your own. The hand grip hardness added with the difficulty in adjusting the height caused a subluxation in my wrist and made walking more painful.I am disappointed these ended up causing pain and an injury.These might be good crutches for other conditions but they’re not safe for EDS based on my own experience.

These crutches were the perfect way to allow me to be out of my wheelchair because of my paralysis! They are very sturdy and easy to adjust the height on, and hold up to my constant falling.The cuff is on the larger side, so if you're small and tall like me you might want to add inner padding. The tips are extremely slippery on wet floor, tile is the enemy of walking. I personally chose to paint over the reflectors on the handle, but the reflectors function very well.No surprises overall, just important things to note.

I tried these because I was having to replace the crutches I was buying for years every two weeks. These were 3x the price, but they are worth every penny.
