Best hot sauce out there.
This hot sauce has the best flavor, there is a reason why they sell this by the 1/2 gallon, as that’s how I buy it. As a bottle just won’t cut it, you will be out before you know it. It’s fantastic on everything, eggs, burgers, fries, just about everything!

Yummy--Great value
Love Pepper Plant sauce. It is a staple in our house. It is pricy in the stores, so this is a fantastic value for me. The sauce is flavorful without the heat just ruling its taste. It pours well and is not watery (think Heinz 57 consistency).

Warning, it's addictive - I go thorogh at least 1 gallon/year, for the past 30+ years.
It is not the typical little bottle of scalding hot sauce; it is a flavor sauce with a taste of fresh chilies and garlic. It comes from Gilroy, CA - the garlic capital of the USA. Balanced flavors. It is my secret ingredient. It goes into salsas, guacamole, soups, chowders, stews, chilies, salad dressings, cole slaw., and more (spice up that glass of tomato juice) - it adds an extra dimension to everything. I buy the gallon jugs and keep a refillable bottle on the kitchen refrigerator door (I cannot cook unless it is a short reach away).30 years ago, it was difficult to find even in California; but now (thanks to Amazon), anyone in the US can enjoy it.If you timidly wish to give it a trial run, get a small bottle - I predict that you will soon be back looking for that 64 ounce jug.

Love this hot sauce! Not too spicy and not too mild. It is a very medium spicy hot sauce; perfect for tacos and eggs.

DEEEELICIOUS!
This is our favorite sauce ever--we put it on everything. It's the perfect balance of flavor and heat. Buying it in this jug is more economical and cuts down on our plastic waste (my husband and I go through a jug of this a year...so that's at least 3 bottles that are staying out of the landfill). Hugely recommended!

Too salty for me!
I've had this sauce many many times in restaurants and loved it, but either I've grown sensitive to it, or they've changed the recipe, because this stuff is so salty I can't even use it. Unfortunate.
