This mask works very well and is made well. Plenty of gel. Fits comfortably. Eye holes are placed well and large enough for my face. Stays cold for a long period of time. It's perfect.

I have not used this mask for heat, so disregard this review if you want to read about a heat mask.I like this mask. Like others have written, it loses it's coldness quite quickly. For about 20 minutes (which is the time they specify you should keep it in the freeze for) it gives you a solid 5 minutes of great, genuinely cold cooling sensation and then maybe another 10 minutes of just being a bit cooler before the heat of my face returns it to a normal temperature. It's comfortable to wear with a slim strap. It does however include a warning to not leave it in the freezer, which was a little disappointing because my ideal mask would be one that I just leave in the freezer and pull out whenever I need it; this mask is more of a 'put it in the freezer when you need it and wait 20 minutes' type product. Still, I am glad I have this product for days where I wake up with a hangover or whenever I get a migrane

You can use as a hot or cold mask, I have only used as a cold mask and it kept cool for a good amount of time. It is made very well and covers a decent amount of your face.

I love this mask! So soothing! I had an old one without the eye holes and it was not comfy over eyes! This one is perfect! Don't hesitate to buy this.

I bought this ice pack mainly to help with under-eye puffiness. It’s a pretty big size, which helps cover a good portion of the face, and the Velcro strap on the back holds really well, so it stays in place. However, it doesn’t wrap around the eye area as well as I hoped—it kind of sits on top rather than contouring to the shape. It also would have been nicer if the material was a bit softer for more comfort during use. Overall, it is not a good fit for the job. There’s definitely room for improvement in design and comfort.

A different mask enabling one to put in the fridge to use as a cold compress or 15 seconds I bthe microwave for a heat compress. The cold one worked wonders for my eye issues. It allows you to soothe while still being able to read or watch TV.. it has a nice wide strap so as to wear rather than lie flat on your face. Love the fact that it's an easy fix plus being affordable.

I had a bad weekend with allergies and sinus pressure. Totally didn't try to deal with the pain with a few too many cocktails *wink,wink. Browsed Amazon and looking for a replacement for an old gel mask I used to have. I needed something I could wear and still look at a computer or TV, rather than our many eye freezer masks.This mask arrived in one piece, no punctures or damage, in short order. Dropped it in the refrigerator for a couple hours. Put it on my face and it felt good. Easy size adjustment with velcro elastic straps. Stayed in place well as I did stuff around the house. Made pain 25% less!PROS:- Seeming good build quality. Should last many year/migraines- Nice and big so you get a lot of cooling effect- Can wear while doing other activities so you don't have to alway go lie downCONS:- Cold doesn't last as long as thicker, non-holed, eye masks- Plastic feeling on face not as comfortable as fabric masksOverall, it does the job and is in fact more comfortable and premium feeling than my previous gel mask. Verdict: Avoid, Consider, Short List or just Buy? Buy!BYEEEEEEE!
