Direct replacement for broken trigger
Replacement is a bit tricky but there are good guides on iFixit and youtube. Fit perfectly, no issues.

Worked Like a Charm
I managed to break the inner trigger support on my XB1 controller after an ...unfortunate spill that I may or may not have been responsible for. One of the two loops that the trigger pivot pin goes through broke, I could tell because the trigger was slightly crooked and had a ton of wobble to it. This part enabled a perfect repair for me.Here's what you'll need:Pliers.Security Torx bits. (Don't bother trying with regular Torx, these have a center pin to attempt to stop you.)Some kind of plastic prying tool, I used a 2mm bass guitar pick.A small punch (optional, the pliers will work too.)A clean working surface. Here's what you have to do:(NOTE: I highly recommend doing only one trigger at a time if you've managed to break both. That way you have one to reference when you're putting the other back together.)1. Use your plastic prying tool to get under and pop the grip panels off both sides of the controller. This takes a bit of force, don't go nuts, but don't worry too much because the tabs are pretty tough.2. Remove the five T8 Security Torx screws from the back of the controller, including the one hidden under the label in the battery compartment (this voids your warranty.)3. Take the front and back shell off, remove the sync button/USB brackets and then the bumper switches/bracket. These brackets are both held in by tabs, try and take note of how they come apart.(NOTE: Take care when you're in here, the PCB and connections are delicate. Try not to let the big rumble motors fall out, they sit in slots and are held in by the controller's shell.)4. Rotate out the trigger in question taking care to ensure the trigger rumble motor wire doesn't get snagged, then remove the small T6 Security Torx screw from the broken trigger and remove the trigger cover and rumble motor.5. Get a small punch or a pair of pliers and start the pin then gently remove it with pliers. MAKE SURE YOU RETAIN THE TRIGGER SPRING, IT'S EASY TO LOSE!6. Finally remove the magnet in the trigger bracket you're going to replace, you'll need it in the new one.(NOTE: I'm not sure if the orientation of the magnet matters, I might have gotten lucky putting mine back together so you might want to take note of which side is which when it's coming out, one side has a dimple.)To reassemble just do the steps in reverse order! Take care to ensure the spring gets installed like it is in your other trigger. Getting the spring, pin and new trigger bracket all aligned properly with the mounts on the controller's frame is the toughest part of the entire job. Putting the rumble motor back in place and getting the trigger cover back on before you get that T6 screw back in is a little tricky as well. Take note that the trigger rumble motor wires go between a small pair of forks on the controller's frame, reference your untouched trigger as you go.My biggest piece of advice for the entire thing is to be patient, take your time and don't force anything when you're inside the controller! If you need a visual look up how-to videos on YouTube.I'm an engineer that writes technical instructions on a regular basis when I'm not breaking controllers like a moron, so I hope this helps someone! Good luck!!

Does what it is supposed to do!
Fits perfectly make sure you buy a tool kit for the T8 screws to take the controller apart. And also some pliers to pop out the rod that holds the bracket in place!

Sort of easy install, part isnt a perfect fit, but will fix your problem
I bought this to replace my right trigger, which I had broken. It's nice to have the left as well, but I might never need it. It does not come with magnets as others have stated, just take from your busted part. The pin and spring that hold this piece to the controller is easy to take off with needle nose pliers, watch a video if you are unsure. It's not exactly a perfect replacement for the original trigger. It sounds and feels a little different, doesnt have that same thud when you press it down. It's also a little. It noisier. I gave it 4 out of 5 for these reasons, but it was a lot cheaper than buying a brand new controller for my glorified media player so I would reccomend buying.

Exactly what I needed and easy to install
Not a fan of how expensive these are but I got them quick and they were easy to install. I got a used controller were both triggers didn't quite line up its the casing. While playing a shooter game my character started aiming without me pressing any buttons. When I took apart the controller to see what was wrong, I noticed both hinges on the triggers were broken. Found these on Amazon, they were $12 at the time but I would get them next day. The runner up was cheaper but would take a month and a half before it would be on my doorstep. These are pricey but they are available and they work.
