TEKwriterUSA Gelwriter Gel Pen Set with Stadium Stand, 44-Count (27105-D)

I've only been using these pens for a couple days, but I've found that the ink flows very smoothly. Out of the 44 pens, I've only found 1 that didn't work, and from what I've heard, this isn't a bad ratio for gel pens. I love the wonderful range of nuanced colors, though there were a few too many varieties of metallic gold for my tastes (7, according to my count). Who needs *that* many kinds of gold ink? Not me. But maybe other people would like that.My one quibble is that the pens seem to run out of ink more quickly than I would like. I was coloring a design in a coloring book, using one of my new TEK writer pens, and my pen ran out of ink before I even finished that one design. To be fair, I was using one pen to color the background, but it still wasn't as much ink as I had expected. (See the photo I've uploaded to get an idea of how much ink was in the one pen.)Still, I love my new pens. The colors are rich and vibrant, and—as I previously mentioned—extremely varied. I especially enjoy the many varieties of greens, blues, and purples. I look forward to a lot of enjoyment from this purchase.

I love the colors and flow of ink. Haven't had any clogging or other issues with ink. However I had issues right away with the stand the pens come in. Pens are a kit of 100 in a layered stand with tips of pens facing up. Some pens began leaking horribly out of the bottom of the pen when in the stand. Once it happened you had a mess and had to toss the pen because the oil seal leaked out and the natural flow was ruined. Couldn't get ink into tip and could not shake pen as doing so just threw ink out the back of pen! I lost 5 pens before realizing it must be the stand. Seemed to me pens needed to be facing with the tip down. The stand is not designed to fit pens tip down so I had to remove all pens from the organized stand and place them into a coffee can. This did stop all leaking and pen explosion from the back. However I lost the nice organized stand and now it is annoying trying to find the color I need. Has anyone else had trouble with leaking in the stand?

I really liked these pens upon first inspection and the nice holder it came with. However, I noticed that some pens ink has bubbles that leave gap portions of ink and air in the tube. I have not used enough of those particular ones to know if the ink will come down. But there are a couple that have a bubble right away and I cannot get any ink to come out. Also, sometimes the ink will stop flowing and I have to scribble a lot to make the ink come back. Otheriwse, I am very happy with these pens and their vibrancy. Would recommend but with caution.

Somewhat dissatisfied with this product. Some of the yellow colors dried up as I was using them. After I turned the yellow pens upside down, they worked again briefly. Not sure why the yellow should be different from the other colors

The product is exactly as is described. The pens write smooth and the stand is small enough to fit anywhere on a desk.I do feel that they cheat you out of ink but as there are similar or same colors in the collection I don't feel as though it would be a reason not to purchase. The main reason I got this set was because I needed pens for college. These work just fine but do know that they bleed through thin paper.

These were great in the beginning, but they dry out quickly, some didn't even work right out of the box. The color selection is nice, but I wouldn't purchase these again or recommend.

these vpens were cool because of the cool stand that puts the colors right in front of you,very cool recomend

Someone of the Gelwriter's were only 1/2 full - and would not have lasted long,so I returned them......
