New Republic Harvey Suede Chelsea Boot Black

Ordered this pair of shoes and a pair of suede drivers from New Republic. The Chelsea boots were very tight and I went up two sizes up. To make the Chelsea boots fit I had to use a hair dryer and two pairs of socks to make them fit and not pinch.The suede drivers were even tighter and didn't even try the hair dryer trick. When I tried to return or exchange them, they declined and sent them back stating I wore them. I never wore them, I tried one on once in my house and didn't even walk on them. While I like the style, the fit and horrible customer service just doesn't make it worthwhile.
