Described as hand beaten. Its not. its machine produced with hand beaten surface design. The machine marks are evident in the turning, with its centre in the base. The sound does not hold for as long as hoped.

Worth Owning One
The first one I got was made in China. Now, I got made in Tibet. The sound makes a difference between the two. Made in Tibet is better quality sound.

Absolutely brilliant product for a brilliant price
Absolutely brilliant product for a brilliant price. It takes a little while to get used to the action, but trust me, these bowls will sing for you and the sound is beautiful; they also make for a fantastic ornamental piece. Highly recommend and for the price you really can't go wrong!
