The unit looks good and seems to deliver right pressure. However, there is a big problem - this unit, as well as ones with similar design incorporate a pressure balancing cartridge that causes banging in the pipes due to improper shut off function of the rough valve! None of it is mentioned in the installation instructions! Installed the unit and found that the valve is causing very strong water hammer. What a disappointment! Had to order a Delta rough valve with diverter to save the system. Works great! Do not recommend this product.

This Shower tub mixer combo set is decent, but there are some details that just don't make it good to great.1. When I got the box and opened it the plastic that surrounds the valve said: "Tub" on the top pipe outlet and "Shower" on the bottom. This was very confusing and incorrect. Good thing we tested it before.2. There are icons on the knob that show you where the water will come out; Shower, Tub, Spray. These are almost impossible to see in lower (bath light).Everything works as expected, but #1 could have caused a major issue had we not tested and just used the plastic box as instruction. And seeing the icons on the knob is pretty important. Sure after 10 plus uses or so, I'm sure I'll commit it to memory, but not ideal.These two things are solvable with minimal effort.

Looks nice, but we haven't been able to install as it's missing a piece. We got it before all the holidays and now that everything has calmed down we are ready to out it all together but when we started putting things in place we noticed a faucet adapter or fitting of some sort was missing from the faucet. It's in the pictures, but not in our kit. We just need the adapter. Started a refund and explained so hopefully I will get that part or a new kit and we can just get the part we need from that I guess. Will update review to 5 star once we can actually get the missing piece.

I bought this product in July of 2019. Installed it in September. It has worked perfectly until now, water started leaking from the handheld. Upon inspection it appears that my plumber may have stripped the threads during installation. I contacted the seller thru email after hours(11 pm)to inquire how I can purchase a replacement part. In less than 5 min customer support responded to my email and Without me asking they informed me that my faucets had a 4 year warranty and that they would send out a replacement part. No questions asked!! And it was all done thru email after hours, 3 days later the part was delivered to my house free of charge. As a contractor I buy many fixtures for my customers. This particular one was installed in my personal home. Needless to say I am very happy with the quality, appearance and functionality of the fixture. But most importantly I am very happy with the customer service ! Thank you

Valve control does not work right, tried to contact seller for replacement no responce. no phone number available. Sent E mail have not head back. The hand held shower leaks all the time when Faucet is on.

I was pleasantly surprised on all levels

The valve made a water hammer sound in the wall. Ultimately had to go purchase a Moen valve to replace the value ND once that was done, the water hammer was gone. After only a few months the shower head started rusting. Cheap quality and would not recommend.

This shower valve has caused a water hammer since it was installed and I've emailed the manufacturer multiple times and haven't gotten a response.
