Very good design.
I have had a spine problem for many years. My family doctor advised me to use this type of product. After using it for a few days, I felt the back became easier. Very good design.

Great!
The product look and feels really well made and very easy to use, just put it on like you put on a backpack. It works well. When you tighten it up it hold your back straight and you have to really try hard to bend. Absolutely worth it!

Excellent product
I rolled the dice on this one because of the great reviews across the board. Glad I did, it molds perfectly to my back or knee and the velcro stretches and keeps the wrap secure. No complaints here, works as described and seems well made so it should last :0)

love my new ice pack
This is very good quality made. I love this reusable ice pack works great on my back. I really like the Velcro strap so I can still move around the house, and being able to use it at work.

Great Design / Easy to Use
What a great choice. The blue material is much better than for a pack that recently failed from another manufacturer. The straps have plenty of length for the waist and are easy to use, as they do not need to be pulled through a difficult to use slot found on some other manufacturer's packs.

The ice pack is great for my current use
The ice pack is great for my current use, just wish they could be a bit longer to wrap the whole ankle and extend it to the mid-sole (like another pack session). The wrap is sturdy and stays in place like a stamp. The cover is good, and is pliable enough to twist and form to the area. Endures the necessary coolness time for a full therapeutic feel. Will consider again and looking for a bigger one for my back aches.
