Did not work as anticpated
Transferring photos from my Iphone to The PhotoStick was simple enough from the downloaded app.However, when I took the stick to get prints made, I realized the file extension was not recognizable.It uses a .HEIC, which is compressed media format. I had to open the stick on my laptop and re-save each individual file/photo with a .Jpeg file extension. I could then take the Stick to get my prints made. This steps makes it the same process I go thru with out the Stick. (Download camera roll and save to a thumb drive.) No real time savings.I researched options and the only one I could find said to change the camera setting on my Iphone to "Most compatible", which I did not want to do. I am sending it back

Works like a charm
Super easy to use. Download the app and go. Grabs all the photos from the phone with ease and then it's easy to transfer them to a hard drive. After that you delete the photos from the device and you are ready for the next time you need to transfer. 2000 plus photos in about 5 minutes. Great product.

Does not work with my iPhone 6
Product is new and did not work with my iPhone 6. Instructions are vague and mainly identified for Android products. When I contacted the company they sent me extensive instructions on what I should do to try and make it work which included deleting the PhotoStick Mobile 32 program and reloading it. I just paid $60+ dollars for a product and they want me to do all this. They should have worked out all the bugs for use with the iPhone before selling it. I do not recommend buying this product for use with an iPhone.

The product did not work as well as I had hoped. Not the sellers fault. I probably head false expectations.

Didn't work at all. Errors on the memory stick that couldn't be corrected.

False advertising
Nowhere on the site did it say the item was coming from China. It was not the advertised "ThePhotoStick", which is a specific brand, but some off brand I never heard of. False advertising and sales.

Does not work.
Does not appear to work. Stops downloading from iPhone after a while and my computer cannot read most of the files. Had one email from the IT people for this device and none of what they suggested worked. IT takes a long time to respond to emails. Seems to have the same issues as the 64 GB version.
