EverlyWell Test - at-Home Collection Kit - Discreet, Accurate Results from a CLIA-Certified Lab Within Days - Ages 18+

I always hated going and waiting in line to take a blood sample. Wasting couple of hours of my day just for the 5 minutes When they take the blood sample. Now this product helped making the process easier and save me time and hustle!! You get the kit, very simple clear directions you follow, and you’ll be done in 5 minutes or less by yourself!! I then shipped it back to them and took only few days to get ny blood test results! Amazing!!

The packaging definitely wasn’t discreet. It says HIV test plain as day in big font. Glad my family didn’t see it because that would have been quite an interesting dinner table conversation.So I open the test, download the app, and watch the video. The instructions lack detail. How do I use a lancet? I’m not a doctor. Why are there three lancets but only one bandaid and alcohol prep pad? You’d think they’d throw in the extra few cents worth of materials considering the price of the test.So I suck it up and figure out how to use the lancet (without Everlywell’s help) and to my surprise, it doesn’t even draw enough blood to fill 1 out of my 12 collection bubbles. And yes, I ran my hands under warm water, did a hundred jumping jacks, and shook my hands.Thoroughly disappointed. Not only did I waste $50, but now I have to continue living in fear of not knowing until my next doctor appointment.

The test was easy to administer. I didn’t have any trouble with it. I sent it in, and received the results within 3 business days.

For starters, the product was good. EverlyWell is ahead of the game when it comes to having a super user friendly process and app. But, I would just order the kits off of EverlyWells website instead of on here. For starters, the kits are $10 cheaper on the website than on here. Additionally, you can use your HSA on the website and I don't see that option here. The test I received was almost 2 years old and the shipping label was out of date (USPS still shipped it but I'm sure this contributed to the fact that it took over a week for the lab to receive my test). When it comes to health testing, having a test that is several years old isn't very reassuring. I like the product, but buy it directly from the company.

First of all, when I open the inside of box, no missing items but insert bag item was already torn down which was supposed to be sealed. Anyhow, I followed steps and sent it back. I got a call from them and informed me that my result came out positive. I did not do anything and never shared any needles...I was mental breakdown emotionally. So I contacted my primary doctor that I used home kit for Hiv testing and doctor sent me to re-test it with labcorp. After 2 days later, my doctor informed me that I am negative. My doctor told me that do not test any STI at home because some people can have antigen thru flu vaccine or any others can be detected by home kits.

I'm sure this will be a good HIV test but WTF! They dropped it off in my lobby with ZERO EXTERIOR PACKAGING and with my full name on it. Now all my neighbors know everything I'm doing. Don't I deserve just a tiny bit of privacy? Very bad decision on the part of Everlywell Health.UPDATE: I spoke to Everlywell Health customer service and they put the blame on Amazon for this packaging. No matter who is responsible, it would be nice to see someone take ownership for the privacy issue that is created by NO EXTERIOR PACKAGING on an HIV test.
