Works for me
This stops my tickly cough that I get when its either hayfever season or the air is dry. It does overheat and turn itself off though so not for all day use - i would recommend to anyone who has sensitive lungs - oh and obviously not much use outdoors due to wind - but indoors works fab for about 3 hours before shutting off to cool down
