EPIC 60AH LiFePo4 batt for the price of a 50AH
No regrets on the purchase! Well built batt case. Convenient case size can put it anywhere I need/want on my kayak! Even though case is supposed to be waterproof, I will be adding a bead of silicone around the clam shell an all other "pass through" points on the case just for good mesure NOT due to poor quality! I Purchased for powering a small trolling motor. Just as simple to hook motor leads to this batt as a regular batt if not easier due to the easy to use "large" treminal "knob screws"... The only reason not 5 stars is no option for terminal/read out placement! That opinion would be nice.... Regardless it works great how it is now regardless!1-year update!!After many trouble free fishing trips using this with my 24lbs watersnake trolling motor in my Hobie PA14 note* I don't use it as a "traveling" motor but exclusively for trolling! An this batt. pack can handle 3-4 LONG days of trolling on 1 full charge depending on wind conditions without worry.
