For my purpose as a rolling cart for a heavy hair 35lbs dryer on stand, it works perfectly. Measured the diameter so that the base of the hair drier would fit inside rolling cart. The sides of the cart ensure that the Hairdryer would NOT slide off the cart. Now I can roll my vintage Hairdryer anywhere I want. No struggling. The cart has no center hole is very strudy and wheels move freely. Only wish the wheels could lock. Not a true problem becaus4 the dryer itself is quite heavy. I would reccomend for moving large heavy planters also. Note ther is no Center hole for drainage I this model which is what I needed. Other models come with drainage holes.
