Though I will agree with the other reviewers on here that it offered a clear and loud sound, it began malfunctioning less than 30 days after purchased. It would begin to regularly act as if I had pressed down on the mic button. Not just once... but multiple times in a row. It would register a button push about once every second or two and continue to do so until I disconnected it. I would reconnect and it would work fine for just a bit and then repeat the process. I eventually stopped using it because no one could radio me or the building and I could also not radio out to anyone.I am unsure if this is an issue or not... but without the mic my radio would always last through a full day's work (14 hours) with battery life to spare. With this plugged in, I was lucky to get 6 to 8 hours of battery life. I fully expected the mic to draw on the battery and lower it's capacity but not by more than half what I was getting without it.

Bought these to work with our recently purchased Motorola XPR 3500e radios. I work in corporate security. We didn't want loud Mics on so that it disturbed people in meetings and offices. Product is great!! I can hear great on the ghost ear bud. microphone quality is awesome as well.

I work with the Motorola 3500 model everyday and I needed a new wire. Since hi I have always had problems With the earbud earpiece, I decided to go with the piece that fits inside the ear instead of the ear canal. I’ve never been more happy with an earpiece in my whole life, it’s comfortable, flexible, and easy to wear. I would recommend it to anyone that uses this headset.

I bought 2 and after 2 weeks, the first stopped working. I am using the second one now. It works great, easy to hear, I rest like them but wish they were of a little better quality.

During the first 2 months the audio was crisp and clear, but then the audio started to fade making it difficult to hear anything from switchboard or my co-workers. This has happened within the past week and I've had it for a little over 2 months. The mic still functions well, but without the audio it's useless. Don't wasted $25 on this.

I order this for work. We use walkies to comunitcate across the casino floor. The audio is clear the clear coil is long enough that it doesn't get pulled out of you ear..I am on the bigger side and my only dislike is the wires that connect to the radio could be a bit longer but for the most part they are great. Will be order more for the rest if my team.

I brought this for work and for the first month or so, it worked flawlessly. At the 2 month mark, it started to not sound clear and crisp. I am beyond frustrated by this because I was my headset upwards of 14 hours in a day! I would not advise buying this product!

It took me awhile to figure out how to properly use the pink ear insert, but it never falls out of my ear during work activity, like the white round ones always did on my previous headsets.
