I initially had some problems getting the bulbs to connect to my network. Most of the issue was me not understanding the instructions. So, to clear it up for others, here are my tips: (A) you can only sync one bulb at a time, so if your fixture has two bulbs (like mine did) install one bulb, sync it by using the flashing light method, then move it to a separate fixture to sync the second. I was then able to move the first bulb back to the original fixture without losing the connection. (B) these are not bluetooth bulbs, so choose the "lighting device" on the add device list that is NOT bluetooth- enabled. So far I am enjoying the bulbs, though I haven't had a chance to use too many of the features for it yet. I bought them because we actually have two separate fixtures on the same switch, and the second one has a fan, which we'd like to keep running without the lights. Using these bulbs in the second fixture allows me to turn off these two bulbs without cutting the electricity to the fan in the other fixture.

These are great! Very easy to connect and the brightness is very good. I received this for free but I definitely want to purchase more. Great value!

I like how I can change the colors from my phone. At night I can go with an Amber hue and during the days white or lighter color. Not only are there colors, there are scenes, like Party or Night where it comes up with it's own color setting.

Once I got them registered and hooked up with Alexia, I was really surprised with they amount of colors to choose from. I can’t wait till the holidays so I can match them with my tree.

Ordered the 2 pack with one day shipping for a party, Out of the two, one has a weak red spectrum. Green and Blue work fine, just not red. Seems to be a hardware issue.Update: was a hardware issue. replacement works fine.

I really like these light bulbs, the app is really easy to use too. I use them mainly for photography, it's a bit too dim to use them alone, you need another brighter main light. I can see how this would be great to automate the lighting in a room because the app has a lot of features.
