Great product for the $$. This is not a camera I would expect to use everyday. It is a little bit of a chore to use. The cable reel does not stand alone it requires 2 hands to feed out and put back into the housing. That said the camera is well protected in the case and. With a little care it is a viable tool for scoping. We have not used For recording as of yet. The screen has a great picture. Battery life is good. We tried this product due to the cost of the standard camera set up we usually outfit our techs with is $7000.00. So this one for for 500 is less than we pay for repairs on our our cameras. Over all. I would recommend this product but just know for the price you lose some of the features you get with the cost of the $7k camera.

I was very pleased with the picture quality. Disappointed that it did not have a more detailed operating manual. I have too many unanswered questions on operating and downloading the information. Some options for other guides for the positioning of the camera in various pipes would be helpful. All and all I thought it was a good investment and helped us examine some hard to reach areas.

I own a small plumbing business and bought this as a low buck entry level tool, but i am suprised by the quality and picture, really amazing as with any camera there is a learning curve, once you get on to it its fairly easy to use, i can also show my customers the condition of their pipes they are always amazed, one point i also wanted to make is this unit did not have a locater but most terracotta pipes are 2 ft sections and 90s and 45s are fairly easy to distinguish you can determine your location pretty easily, for me this has been a great tool to add to my business and has also been a moneymaker too, it has already paid for itself, i only wish i would have had this years ago, if your thinking on pulling the trigger on this dont hesitate well worth the cost for entry level camera.

Ordered this for our Town to use. We have a larger one that we get as needed but needed a smaller camera. This was a great purchase and has been what we needed. Its not a high quality product but it does get the job done. It has performed as we expected. The camera, T.V. screen, and recording is very easy to do. It does not take a rocket scientist to work. Very easy to understand instructions. Great purchase! As a side note I did purchase the additional warranty - but have not used it. Update; We've used this about 8 months. Its held up nicely. It has some good features. Its easy to use. We don't use it everyday but we do use it alot. I would recommend it and we would purchase again if needed. It has pretty good quality and you can take the sd card out and watch the video on the computer.

Used this camera a couple of times and it worked great, but the pushrod broke and there is no option to replace just the rod. I would rate it much higher if you could get replacement parts.

The media could not be loaded.  I have used this sewer inspection camera almost on weekly basis since my purchase. The picture quality is way better then expected . I only had to charge the battery one time . It’s been one of my best purchases for my work van and I’m a full time plumber. This camera is definitely worth the price. The case it comes in is great for storage since it does not take up much room. It is heavier duty then expected, the cable hasn’t kinked on me but you should be careful with older cast iron lines.

For the price this is a great deal. Had a back up on a drain pipe at my house. When we couldn’t clear the back up with a snake we put the camera down the pipe and found roots and dirt. Located the roots dug up the the broken section. Once the pipe was cleared out we put the camera back in the pipe and found no more issues.

First shipment came with a tangled wire, but the customer service was amazing and quickly replaced it. Camera works great. Easy to use. Only four stars on picture quality, but at the price, it is perfect . It’s good enough for any use.
