Theses were easy to install. My only complaint is they have no clamping mechanism to keep them from spinning. They stay in place pretty well though.

Own a Schwinn that came with grip tape (like tennis racket tape) instead of actual grips.I wanted thicker, more substantial grips and these have been an upgrade. I did need to use rubbing alcohol to get them wet inside to slide on the bar, but they stayed in place and haven’t slid at all. Feel good in the hand.

I was in need of new bike grips as my old ones were sticky, torn and used daily.Purchase:It was quick and easy as expected from amazon.Shipping:I have amazon prime so it came in on the 3rd day of purchase. 1 day for processing, and 2 days for shipping. I must note that during the arrival of the package, no one was at my apartment. I live in a row of townhouses one next to another. Everyone in this complex leaving the house will walk through the same path. Ontrac, the carrier delivering this package decided to just leave the box in front of my door. Anyone could have easily taken the package and left without a trace. Luckily one of my housemates came home early to prevent that from happening.Installation:I knew what was supposed to be done to install these grips but for some reason I decided to do it the hard way. First, to remove my old grips, I literally just slit it with a blade and removed it from my handles. Installing the first side of the new grip, I just shoved it dry in the handle with a lot of force. It worked for about 1/4 of the way into the handle. From there, I had to slowly push and rotate the grip millimeter by millimeter because there was so much friction. I regret not wetting the inside with soapy water first. After 15 minutes of struggling, I finally managed to put in the first grip. For the second side, I decided to be smart and put soapy water into the grip. Sliding it in only took 2 minutes. So moral of the story... USE SOAPY WATER.How does it feel?:VERY COMFORTABLE. I've had these for 2 months now, and I use them everyday. They feel great. Firm but soft. Has a very nice grippy feeling to it. I highly recommend these if you are looking for new grips.

These are a great upgrade for my bike. I've had my bike for 21 years and never changed the handlebar grips until now. They were way overdue! They were starting to become gummy and peel. I like these because of the shape and they're the same color as the ones that came on my bike. Installation wasn't easy for me. I used glass spray like the instructions recommended, but I wasn't able to even get them halfway on. My bf wedged a screwdriver in between the grip and handlebar and sprayed some soapy water and was able to slide them on effortlessly!

Not sure if there is any technique that could be used to fix this on a bicycle handlebar. It's all good with material, grip and size, shape but it is super difficult to fix it completely over a handle. Two people tried this to fix on a handle bar, separate to put and together to put, my goodness, this is a tough thing to fit in. I just fixed it on one handle and that is too half way through as my handle is open and scratches garage wall when I put my cycle to rest. I wish I would have taken other reviews seriously about struggle that is required to make it fit.
