(2 Pack) SONGBIRD ESSENTIALS Seed Hoop Seed Catcher & Platform Feeder (24-Inch Diameter)

I paid for two but only received one. I thought at first the other one would come later, but never came. I’ve ordered these seed hoops for a few years now & truly love the product, but was disappointed when I only received one.

I have purchased these in the past. The are not very sturdy and I've had to replace them. They work well in keeping the seed off of the ground, but I wish someone made one that lasted longer. I have to replace the cords with attachments from the hardware store. Also, it is NOT a set of two. I got a rebate, but they haven't changed the description yet.

This has good design, but it needs to increase the height of the edges. The birds still able to spill the seeds over the sides. The next day after hanging it, almost half of the seeds from my feeder are on the ground. Also, the hooks that were provided were good, but not needed. I ended up not using them.

These really helped keep the bird seed out of the grass. The birds do not have any issues with getting to the bird food with this on the feeders.

The 24" catches everything. The product seems well made...no complaints yet.We have squirrels, so it will be interesting to see if they try to get on the catcher.

The basic concept is good, however I was shorted 2 hangers for each hoop. Reached out to Songbird Essentials and never heard back. Very disappointed.
