Comfortable, well made, worth the money
This boot is very good for my problem. I broke both ankles and several bones in both feet three yrs ago and I get stress fractures in both feet at times. They are aggravated by climbing ladders etc so it’s an ongoing thing. However, I can function fine by wearing one of these boots on one foot and using a “special flat bottom shoe with Velcro strapes” on the other foot. (Not while climbing a ladder though)! The boot itself is comfortable but I got to tell you it’s pretty much “hell” to get the lining back in the boot the correct way! I took it out because I got it wet when I was watering my garden. And after it dried I struggled to get it in correctly. 😰I wear a size 7-71/2 Medium women’s shoe and I ordered a small size boot. I actually think I could have gotten an Extra Small. The small is a tad big. Also It rocks when you walk so sometimes I feel a little off balance; but I am 75 yrs old so pretty much everything rocks at one time or another! Oh yea, almost forgot to say that for you “shorties” out there I am 5’ 4” and a tall boot would not work for me as it would probably interfere with my knee movement. Summary: comfortable, well made, get a size smaller and for short people get the short boot, not tall one, Happy Hobbling 👏

Great boot, comparable to much more expensive boot
Great boot, comparable to much more expensive boot!I have worn the boot for a week. I ordered this after having a $300 plus boot that was too long for my leg (I am short and it impeded my knee movement.) The insurance would NOT pay for another boot so I ordered this online since the other boot was creating a knee injury. The first day I wore it wrong because the instructions need to be clearer. It did squeak and make noise the first day or two (as one reviewer noted), but once it's worn in it stops. I didn't realize at first the extension of the padding on the toe bends back and there is velcro to make it stick. I really like this feature as it protects your socks from dirt and makes the fit snugger and tighter. The other boot I had also had a way to "pump air into it" but you had to take the pump with you and I kept it at home afraid I would lose it....but when I needed to repump it throughout the day I couldn't. With this built-in one I can. Also, with this boot, I can drive safely and the other one I couldn't so I had to remove it each time I needed to drive and that was both a burden and made my time int eh boot less effective. This is an amazing boot and it the best example of why we need the FREE Market in medicine and every area---literally less than 1/10 of the cost of the other boot and so far it's as good or better than the other boot! Be sure to keep the three inserts they provide. These are wonderful to help fit the boot snuggly. Thanks Orthopedic Guy!!!

Working
So I am 5 weeks into an ankle break. My doctor had me wear the tall air cast boot that he has at his office. It worked great. Now at 5 weeks doctor says I can start putting weight on my ankle. The boot he gave me was very heavy & big. I looked on amazon & found this one. It was cheap & reviews were ok. I got it yesterday 2/13/19. It does not look like what is pictured on the site. But the boot is lighter & easier to walk with than my huge air cast boot. It also is not a air cast boot. It has Velcro tabs you put in for comfort. I find it easier to put on the lining first then put in the boot & secure. It will work fine for the next couple of weeks. After two weeks I can begin wearing a shoe. I would not recommend this boot at the beginning of an injury. It does not have the enclosed cast support like the ones you get from your Orthopedic. But it’s fine for 5 weeks & beyond👍🏼

Better than podiatrist provided boot
Broke 5th metatarsal on driving foot --almost a Jones fracture with some displacement that was able to go without surgery/pinning. Would have preferred the non "inflatable" liner for ease of removal ---both when you still want/need the support of the liner but not the boot and also for washing--but I did use the inflation feature the first week(ish). This one was lighter (very important feature while on crutches and non weight bearing), a bit shorter on the leg and easier to put on when compared to the boot given to me by the podiatrist. It also came with some extra side pads for the vertical ankle bracing part that I did end up using to replace worn out ones after about 7 weeks. Podiatrist boot was very heavy and clunky though it looked almost the same. I also tried a short "sandal" style when I was ready to drive which I hated--not enough "support" around the metatarsal when pushing pedals. Ended up driving in this boot---worked fine since it's not so stiff that I couldn't move my ankle at all. Might not work for someone who breaks ankle but for foot it was great.

Could be a little better, but for the price definitely does the job.
I bought this because I tore my plantar fascia last year. I already had a cam boot from a previous injury but it was the tall version. I wanted something a little smaller and lighter that didn't feel like overkill. This cam boot is good for the price. I'd like it to be able to be a little more snug at the shin area. The strapping doesn't tighten enough without sticking extra padding in there. The padding that came with the boot is a bit thin so I wound up taking the padding from my old cam boot and adding it to the new padding where I needed it to feel like it wasn't so loose. The fit across the top of the foot and ankle is pretty decent. Sizing was true to the recommended size for my shoe size.

Easier To Get On, Good Quality
I fractured the fifth metatarsal of my foot and was prescribed a TLC Top CAM Walker boot. The two are pretty much identical. What I didn't like about the TLC one is that the buckles where you loop the velcro through are so stiff that it's difficult to bend them outward to get the velcro thru. I don't run into that problem with the one by The Orthopedic Guys. And I'm all for whatever makes it easier to get this thing on.It provides good support and has the needed rocker sole. As the Walker Boots add significant height to your leg, be sure to get something like the ProCare EvenUp Shoe Balancer for your other shoe to add height to it. I was without the balancer for the first couple of day sof wearing the boot and my back was hurting from the uneven height and limping. I also bought a MyShoeCovers 1 Fracture Walking Boot Cover to keep the Walker Boot clean when outdoors.
