Works well to clean floors. Take a bit longer than the shark steam mop to warm up and get the job done. Just wish the pads were thicker. They are like a really thin wash cloth material.

I bought this because a requirement for my home-daycare is to steam mop three times a week for sanitation purposes - and lets be real, starting a business will empty your wallet. I'm going to be honest though, as a mom of three I definitely watched tracking the entire time UPS was in my neighborhood.It came, I "sqeeee'd" a few times, freshly swept & vacuumed my rather gross floors, and filled 'er up! I was surprised there was two microfiber cloths because I actually thought there was two, so definitely no complaints on that!It works by pumping it up and down, which is accomplished by pushing and pulling, it doesn't take any real effort which is really nice. I went very slow - some spots having to go over again... and again... and again (Hey, three kids, my floors are gross! lol). After I was done, having used two of the microfiber pads, I took a nice long look at my floors.I. Should. Have. Mopped. First.. But I shouldn't have had to (I googled this, y'all!). -sigh-Soooo...Pros:- Easy to set up- Easy to actually use- Cord works in an entire hallway, even if it can't go the extra mile like my Dyson- Steams well, super hot- THREE CLOTHS Y'ALL!Cons:- Have to go very slow- Might have to hit a spot often- Might still find that your floor is dirty (albeit, sanitized)Would I buy it again? Probably not.Would I recommend it to a friend? Probably not.But do I regret it? Nah, it works for what I actually needed it for.

I love the lightness of this mop! It does the job, but unfortunately, the mob only lasted less than a year. Previously, the same up lasted me about eight years.

I love my dog, but she drools. A lot. And while I vacuum my shiny kitchen/hallway laminate floor nearly every day I can't get to the dried dog drool as often. And when I do, it usually means scrubbing on my hands and knees. So I bought the Light 'n' Easy steam mop to make the task easier and it really performs well. Everything assembles in a few seconds with a couple clicks. It's light and very easy to push, and when I get to a drool mark I pump the mop to generate a little more steam and it comes off easily with just a little more pressure on the handle. The mop doesn't generate huge clouds of steam; just enough to do the job. It took me about 20 minutes to do the kitchen/dining room and hallway. And while the floor didn't dry completely streak-free, it dried quickly and was generally good and probably better than I expected. I may try using distilled water next time. I have a few complaints, which is why I gave it 4 stars: overall the handle seems a bit flimsy and I'm not sure how long it will last over time; the cord could be a bit longer; the tank capacity is a little small - I used about 2 ½ tankfulls to do the job. But these complaints are minor and, since the mop is just about the cheapest on Amazon, I probably would've given the mop 4 ½ stars if that option was available. It really is a good value and an excellent product for the price. And, I should add, I bought this mop "Like New" from Amazon and saved about 10 bucks. When I got the mop it was obvious that it had never been used - it was probably from a customer who returned it unopened and then Amazon could no longer sell it as a new item. When shopping Amazon I always look for items that are listed "Like New" and have never been disappointed and have always saved off the regular price.

The pads are a little flimsy and replacements are somewhat pricey.However, it does a good job and user friendly.
