**Edit:** Power brick got so hot it started to MELT. Xbox turned off, and the that's when I found what had happened. The brick was so hot that I could not hold it, so I unplugged it, and tried to cool it off. This is when I noticed it was warped on the bottom. THIS is a FIRE HAZARD! If you value your safety and your kids safety, you should spend your money on a superior product.The yellow smudge on the bottom of the brick is from my melted carpet. I have this brick sitting in an airy spot on my carpet, with nothing blocking the internal fan.I sometimes sleep watching Netflix and YouTube, and also have my disabled sister in the room with me. I don't want to imagine the worst case scenario, had this gone unnoticed.**End Edit**Quiet Plus?? It's gotten to the point where I have to unplug my Xbox before I sleep, otherwise I have nightmares about mechanical dragons trying to rupture my eardrums. Joking aside, this is NOT quiet. My mother was convinced that the sound was of my desktop computer, with the big fan. When I tap it, it changes the sound, sometimes to a rattling even worse than the one I'm hearing. Does it serve its purpose for my Xbox? Absolutely. Am I grinding my teeth from the annoying noise, or turning on my giant fan to drown out sound? Oh, yes. It's a 50/50 for me.

So this is great first time when i first bought it. But recently it started to like hum or like the fan would be spinning so fast inside that you can hear it really loud. I have to quickly unplug it to fix the issue. I don’t know what the problem might be. But the noise is unbearable, it kinda sounds like the Xbox one loading up a remastered game but like more high pitched. I will fix the review once i get an expert from Honeywell to help me revolve what the issue might be. But I’m super satisfied with the power bank it’s just it’s only been 3 months since i got it and it’s acting up. Anyways i recommend this power bank tho. I heard their costumer service is great also

I was glad when this power box powered up my xbox, but after a few minutes I notices sound like the neighbor was running the weed whacker but it was coming from the box. The constant changes in speed of the noise was super annoying to the point that I put it back in the box and returned it. It was super hot when I reached for it after only a few minutes. Going to pay mor and get the OEM, thanks.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  have went through 4 different power boxes in the last 6 months two from another place and paid the same price for all the first one was loud and didn’t even work took a whole week to get it replaced the second worked but was completely loud and after two weeks would shut off after 10 mins the third was loud and only worked for a month THEN I ORDERED THIS HONEYBULL BRAND and believe me when I tell u it was completely silent worked on the first power up and stays completely cool after hours of play my son is COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT fast shipping and great price with no hassle I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

After a bit the fan went completely out and started turning my Xbox on and off, that could potentially cause your Xbox one to short circuit and completely become useless costing you a lot of money for a new console. I got a replacement directly from honey bull that wasn’t as loud and the fan was barely noticeable. Turns out it wasn’t cooling the brick down and ended up burning the inside and melting the outer plastic. Could have caused a fire very easily if I didn’t notice a little smoke coming from it. I have been doing my research on power supplies for some time now since these incidents are reoccurring issues, no company is licensed to manufacture or make Xbox replacement power supplies Microsoft said. Just contact Microsoft or spend the money on an official one. Use at your own risk.

Purchased the power supply about 2 weeks ago. Now the fan is making an awful noise that sounds like someone running a chainsaw. Technically it does power my Xbox, but the noise is so unbearable that it ruins any game or movie.Update:I was refunded my original purchase amount and sent a new unit free of charge. Unfortunately the new power supply still makes some noise. Much quieter than the last one, but the noise is still present if you have the tv volume low. 4 stars for excellent customer service.

After I ordered this product I started reading the reviews. A little backwards I know, but never the less that’s how I did it. Anyhow, I started getting worried reading the bad reviews. I guess I got lucky and received a good product because I have had no problem with mine. No loud fan noise... I just jinxed myself watch lol. ***(UPDATE! I DID JINX MYSELF! After 5 months it is still very quiet. Especially when it just randomly shuts off on me. It's not overheating because at times it will shut off a few seconds after I start it up. Sometimes shuts off 4-5 times within minutes of each other before I get a few hours worth of continuous play.) Buy at your own risk.... Upgrade, or buy OEM. )****
