The ends of the ties came off and I had to tie them so the ties would not slip through the holder and this has happened on both pair that I purchased, I was disappointed when this happened and not too happy about this, decided not to return them as I needed them right away. They fit perfectly and was happy about that. If possible I will accept a credit for what happened to both pair. That would be great!!!!!
