Put the big one round your balls and the thick little one round your girth at the same time. Very effective, but don't leave it there long.

I bought these as I enjoy the added fun these type of rings give just about anytime and anywhere and every without others needing to know, the only problem is that I found the large ring much to big for me and the two smaller rings, whilst an ideal size for me, didn't have very much flexibility and felt quite firm and I couldn't really wear them for very long at all without some discomfort sadly.
