Avenir AMD104 Elasticated Luggage Strap - Black

Fits perfect and easy to remove.

Only gave this four because I don't know how long it will last. It fitted perfectly on the no-name rack supplied with my 10 year old Edinburgh Bicycle tourer. The originals had lost their strength. Comes with brackets which will fit onto the carrier fork-mount bolts if you don't have a bit on the carrier to clip it into. So should fit any bike. Wish I'd bought them a couple of years ago instead of tying knots in the old elastic as it stretched! they seem well-made.

A bit slack

Great quality product, wish there was a way of fixing securely though. This is my second purchase as some mug stole the last one off my bike. I’d recommend to anyone looking for replacement bungees.

This is a direct replacement for the carrier straps that come as original equipment on Giant Expression models, many Dutchbikes, etc. As such, it's a really useful find, as the original straps lose their elasticity after a few years. The quality is fine and identical to the original product.If you regularly cycle to work, college, school or the shops and have a rack on the back of your bike, this is a useful product. As pointed out by another reviewer, this type of strap is best suited to shallow items, such as D-Locks, as they aren't hugely stretchy.

Fit my bike as last ones were purloined

For use an my Dahon bike rack - well made - just a bit longer than the originals . Would buy again.
