SEAL Wolf Undercover (SEAL Wolf, 5)

I love that we are now seeing combined shifter stories. This story takes up where the Very Jaguar Christmas ended. We see United Shifter Force members Demetria, Emmett and Howard again and now meet a couple of private investigator wolves. I loved how Vaughn and Jillian interacted with each other, as well as how they worked with the USF jaguar members. The storyline was very twisty right from the start, and the surprises just kept coming. Jillian's brother Miles was another great addition to the story. I can't wait to see what the next USF story will be. I am also happy to see that we will be getting some Arctic wolf shifter stories, which takes us back to the early Heart of the Wolf books, as well as the Very Jaguar Christmas. I am on the waiting list for every shifter story that Terry Spear writes.So if you like shifter romances with a lot of action, Terry Spear is the author for you, but you will want to read The Heart of the Wolf series (this is #22) as well as the Heart of the Jaguar series which has at least 5, I can't remember for sure. You will be glad you did. I know I sure am. Enjoy!

While I enjoyed the premise of the story it wasn't attention grabbing nor was it primarily romance. The romance just happened as an aside. It wasn't the normal deep in love romance, in dadr, it felt more like good buddies. Heck she could of been in love with any of the characters as much as she was in love with her mste. No real fire. Next as shifters they had no real specialness, no great healing, no mating bite, no wolf like qualities. It was an aside similar to their military skills. I read most of the book, note after about 85% it's previews of other books. By 50% I wasn't fully engaged yet kept hoping for more romance, action, something to draw me in more. It didn't happen and I started skimming in spots. I made it thru skipping the epilogue since I had no real ties to Kira and mates future.What's the use of being a shifter if you have little super healing, no real special natural skill. Shouldn't of paid for this book. If it was kindle unlimited or cheaper no problem but for the price and author I expect better. Save your money and time if your looking for paranormal romance

Respect for the Seal 's that serve our country with Honor and what it costs them and others to do so. For the author's great storytelling. And we all need a little more magic in our lives.

One thing I love about Terry’s writing is that she never has typos. The story was good and easy to follow. Great addition to the series

Nice story - tough, sassy set of characters. Links the jaguar set of books with the SEAL wolf books. Many familiar characters.

Once you start to read this book you just want to continue until you are finished . Love the action and romance

Really enjoyed this book, love that the Jaguars and Wolves are now collaborating to catch rogues that cross the boundaries between both! Vaughn and Jillian were a perfect match as well! Looking forward to the next book!
