I love this product, but it is pretty hardcore for a sunblock. For the following reasons, it is not a sunscreen I believe everyone will enjoy using.- It is very pasty in texture, and can be quite hard when cold, which makes it more difficult to apply if you live somewhere sunny but not warm.- It is very sticky, and sits on the skin rather than really sinking in. I still prefer this to the inclusion of an ingredient like octinoxate, but this might bother some people who are more used to sunscreen that feels like a moisturiser.- It will rub off onto clothes, so you have to be careful for about ten minutes after application when it is at its peak stickiness.- It is white. It is white white white white. White and very opaque. I am very pale; this is still paler. After application, pale as I am, I still sometimes look Marlon Brando in The Island of Dr. Moreau. This is not a sunscreen that will seamlessly blend in to your skin; it will absolutely leave a white cast. This may not be a concern if you are surfing or hiking or doing an equally exposed activity and are simply looking for a very effective sunscreen, but if you have medium to dark skin and are looking for a natural sunscreen to wear every day, be aware that this is not even a little bit sheer. It is definitely noticeable.Despite these drawbacks, it is still my favourite sunscreen and the only one I use, and I do highly recommend it as a natural and effective sunscreen. But if you think normal sunscreen is annoying, you will find this the absolute worst.

Ok so this is ALL RIGHT in a pinch. Usually we use the larger liquid tube of Badger baby sunscreen. But if you're trying to save money by purchasing this for little ones instead of buying the £18 tube/liquid like we tried to do this time around, don't do it. You'll end up still buying the more expensive liquid too, because this stick really is only for a quick swipe across the nose or lips. It's difficult to apply to even the smallest arms and doesn't spread easily. It's good for what it is and only for what it is.

Whilst I have another sunscreen in a tube at home, this is very useful to put in my bag or pocket when I am out so I don't have to get it on my hands to rub it in, I can just swipe it across my face. Being a high percentage of zinc oxide it is very white and also, it can be quite hard if you don't rub it on moisturised skin. I think the ingredients are perfect and I am very happy using it, I just make sure I am wearing oil or moisturiser as a base before applying.

The sun stick smells nice, but it's hard to get it onto you. The twister at the bottom broke before I managed to open the lid, so I couldn't twist the bottom to get more sunscreen. It's also appears as white on my skin.It's very small and hard to get out, besides the fact my packaging broke straight away. It would be nice if it was more friendly, so I would actually be able to test it out.

This is a great, easy to use, portable product. It's a bit difficult to apply to unmoisturised skin and flakes a bit so requires a lot of rubbing in.

Great product just a little harder to put on than the cream but more economical for the kids to use at school.

Good protection but the smell is offensive! We couldn’t really use this because the smell is so strong and unappealing.

I have dark skin so i find it a biit thick but i put less on and rub in for a while and it seems to do the trick. i do like this stck for my face to protect against harsh sun and UV rays.
