It really keep drinks hot or cold very long time
It size is perfect to take on my cruise temperature is great stays cold and hot.there is no straw with this cup. It leaks when it tilled. 8 hours cold and 12 hours hot it has great performance.

Keeps drinks Hot but top malfunction
The top doesn’t fit completely well on the cup. It seemed to be broken some. Other than that my drinks stay hot for my tea. And I love the design of the cup.

The lid fits perfectly, no dripping at all. Fits comfortably in my hand and in car cup holder. Lightweight, holds 20 oz and keeps ice frozen, drink cold for hours. Nice price and will buy again.

Good for laser engraving, lid could be better
This tumbler engraves very well with a CO2 laser, so it's great for making gifts. The lid is made of a good quality plastic, though the slider part is not removable which makes it a bit more awkward to clean. I would not put the lid in the dishwasher.
