Took too much time to respond to my email
This product is good, no doubt about it. I bought one and then ordered for another two. One of them was not suitable for my bath room door because of size issue. Then I went to local store and bought a spare part(latching stick) by paying 100 rs. My advice to everyone is: pls check the specifications of the item and buy, otherwise u will be wasting ur time and its a mental torture.

Item receieved was the one worth a 100 ra less ...
Item receieved was the one worth a 100 ra less by the same company. Difference is in the black latch size, puc shoes larger black part and sent the cheaper grey smaller one.
