So far worth it!
Even though I could have gotten away with the 50 footer one this is still much easier for me to move around! Have only had it a week and used 3 times but have not had any problem with it kinking up at all! The rubber handles at each end really make it much easier to connect even with my arthritis!

Finally, a hose that doesn't kink, with excellent quality connectors, too
This hose is the first hose that hasn't kinked when I drag it all over the yard... and that's after years of "no kink" hoses that disappointed. It also has a really thick grip at the end, which makes it easier to screw it onto the spigot and get a tight seal.I would recommend this hose to friends. I got the 5/8" x 100' long NXT hose, and I'm very pleased with it. I have to water six different areas in my yard because I had major foundation work done on the house, so the land was bare and had to be seeded afterward... I have used this hose a lot in the past week and a half, and it's everything it claims to be.

Quality
Repeat buyer of this particular hose. Invested in two other brands and they started leaking below the faucet connection. I used two of this brand for three years and absolutely no problem. Plus at my age of 75 it makes watering my orchids each morning much less strenuous.

Poor QC
I originally ordered this hose based on the generally positive reviews on Amazon and other sites. When I received the hose, I was excited to try it out. I used it once and was initially happy with the performance. Then when rolling it up I noticed a big notch/chunk that almost looks burned in the covering. I contacted Amazon and they sent out a replacement right away. I went to hook up the replacement and noticed that the stitching at the spigot end of the covering was loose and you could see the vinyl hose underneath. This is an obvious weak point and I don't imagine this hose will last.I really wanted to like this hose. I imagine if I could get one that wasn't damaged out of the box it would be a worthwhile perchance. But seriously their QC needs some major attention.
