I bought this product about 2 months ago and it absolutely fitted our needs in respect of noise level, which there was none, quality and general design. Our cat loves it and uses it all the time. It's so easy to keep clean and fill and the gauge makes it easy to see when it requires re-filling or topping up.However, we did have an issue with the pump recently, when it started becoming noisy, but after contacting the Customer Care team at Oneisall, it was dealt with very quickly and a replacement pump was despatched to me. I have now fitted this replacement pump and all is quiet in the world of Water Fountain. I would highly recommend this product, despite this little glitch, to anyone who has a cat that doesn't drink water from a bowl and which wants to only drink from a tap (as our previous cat did and before these silent water fountains appeared on the market).

Review Update: the team at oneisall read my review and contacted me via Amazon. They offered to send me a completely new unit FoC and the new one is MUCH quieter than the original one. I even spotted one of my cats drinking from it this morning! So it does appear that I got a noisy pump in the original unit.I absolutely cannot fault the customer support team at oneisall who have gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Let’s hope the fountain continues to be whisper quiet !Original review: The fountain looks good, was easy to set up and is easy to keep clean but the hum from the pump is very intrusive and I can hear it from almost every room. I keep it well topped up so it’s definitely not running “dry” and it appears to be clean.Unfortunately I’ve had to switch it off as the noise offends the cats too and they won’t use it.Some reviews say it’s almost silent so I wonder if I’ve just had bad luck and got a noisy pump.

Easy to use and my cats love it. Slick design. You can HEAR when it runs low on water as it sounds like leaking tap

EDIT: the seller contacted me and offered a full refund as well as a new product.Bought this back in January and it easy great. Easy to clean, nice and silent. But today....the unholy noise from the motor is insane. I've cleaned it all again, moved it, moved the bottle in and around the bowl but I still makes an awful droning noise

They also mentioned a 2-year warranty, which is a bonus! Thank you again for your help; I am really pleased.I'm really disappointed by this item. It specifically mentions that it will be quiet. But I just received mine and was excited to set it up. As soon as I switched it on, it was very loud. The noise isn't from the water, but sounds like a loud vibration from the water pump. I've double checked the guide to see if ive missed anything, but there's nothing. Its all set up how it should be. I'm really upset and have been trying to contact them directly, but theres no option so with no success.

Works well but has been audible from the start. Now getting increasingly noisy so will be purchasing a different fountain.

I chose this make of water fountain based on reviews and price. I didn’t want to spend too much as I wasn’tsure if my two cats would actually use it (I haven’t seen either of them drink for it so far!). After about 8 weeks of use the pump started making a loud noise so I contacted the customer support and received a response immediately. After trying a couple of suggestions out, the issue with the pump continued so Sue at Customer’s Support arranged for a replacement pump to be sent which I received within a couple of days and now I have a water fountain working with a completely silent water pump. It’s working better than the original. The product is easy to assemble and very easy to clean. Good price and great customer support.
